Communications Ministry

The Ministry of Communications is the agency in charge of proposing, and once approved in parliament directing and controlling the policy for the country’s communications system, which includes: telecommunications, information technology, postal services, radio communications, radio spectrum management and technical support.

Havoneea’s Postal Service

The Postal Service will be in charge of the official issuance and sale of tax stamps an activity that will constitute the fundamental pillar of the principality’s economy. With this philatelic commercialization (in NFT version) it is intended to finance the whole of the multidisciplinary research relevant to the structuring of a national chronology, namely, among other things, the archaeological survey, and the study and writing of its history.

Havoneea’s stamp collections

When the world’s first postage stamp (the Penny Black) was issued, in 1840 Havoneea had disappeared from the face of the earth. It never issued postage stamps like most of the countries of the globe. Today it intends to catch up and it is its highest aspiration to contribute to spread through philately the vast knowledge that humanity has accumulated before and after the catastrophe that erased it from the maps.

Collectors of postage stamps - which are beginning to disappear rapidly - will be able to add to their collections the stamps of a hitherto unknown country, in an unusual format: the NFT.

Havoneea wants to catch up quickly. And it will do its best to excite the collecting world with its stamps, which will be like all the others, of course, but will reveal the vision that most of its inhabitants have of the contemporary world. In its first stage, the principality’s creatives will address themes of international interest.

Depending on what kind of stamp collector you are, you can organize your collection by thematic or topical categories (such as flowers, animals, automobiles, insects, ships) or simply by collecting according to year, or by color, prices, (A to F), or whatever strikes your fancy.

Havoneea Postal Service stamps will be considered tax stamps for reconstruction and development. Revenues will be used primarily to empower the principality and provide it with all governmental facilities, with special emphasis on cultural ones. Havoneea aspires to be a world cultural leader and capital within a few years.

Collectors of an original stamp will be able to buy duplicate stamps up to a maximum of five to exchange them for others from the same or a different collection. They will therefore be considered an important element of exchange among collectors.
